Cost Control Lead

Job Description and Requirements

The controller will handle project by project accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee financial and cost activities of each contract and project. The focus areas will be separated into 3 main aspects; People (staff and labor), Materials and Equipment. The cost controller will assess the actual cost incurred and compare these with the budgeted or planned costs and report the variations together with an alert and mitigation plan.
The cost controller will report to the Cost Control Manager, and will assist with development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed.
