Digital Business Analyst

Job Description and Requirements

1. Determine improvement opportunities and new initiatives across digital channels (Web, Mobile..) based on business demand, customer feedback and internal monitoring of channel performance
2. Develop feasibility studies and rationale for new projects and demand, based on scope assessments and effort estimates
3. Develop comprehensive requirement specifications for new Digital solutions
4. Develop financial and effort estimates for initiatives, as well as business cases including costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc
5. Participate in the delivery of new projects related to digital channels
6. Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
7. Adhering to information security policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of Qatar Post information and information processing facilities (i.e.: applications, systems, infrastructure, network, etc.) within the IT environment.

1. Strong communication skills, to communicate effectively ideas & concepts
An understanding of user experience design principles and guidelines 
2. Ability to develop the user interface prototypes 
3. Experience in collaborating with visual designers to create graphical renditions of wireframes 
4. 2+ years of experience in a Digital delivery related role
