About us KEY RESPONSIBILITIESJob SummaryUnder the general direction of the Executive Housekeeper or his/her Delegate, and within the limits of established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, responsible to keep guest rooms and adjacent areas in a clean and well maintained condition to ensure maximum convenience and comfort to the guests. Your day to day Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Cleans and maintains guests’ rooms, guests’ corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures.• Replenishes guests’ in-room supplies.• Reports damage or malfunction in rooms to Rooms Supervisor.• Maintains equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair.• Maintains a daily room checklist.• Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks.• Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.• Reports guest complaints to superior immediately.• Reports unusual behavior or activities on floors to supervisor.• Records room status in allocated section accurately.• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.• Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relation to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
